You lead
Your priorities, lived experience, and definition of well-being shape the work.
About Rashika
Health is personal. Your coaching should be, too.
“Change lasts when it grows from your values—not someone else's rules.”
I am a Duke-certified health and wellness coach based in the San Francisco Bay Area. I help people step out of the cycle of knowing what they “should” do and into a way of caring for themselves that feels clear, personal, and sustainable.
My coaching is collaborative and whole-person. Together, we look at the full picture—energy, stress, routines, relationships, environment, and the values that give your goals meaning.
I will not hand you a rigid formula. I will ask good questions, help you recognize your strengths, and support you in turning insight into small, deliberate action.
What guides the work
A coaching space should feel useful, respectful, and safe enough for honesty.
Your priorities, lived experience, and definition of well-being shape the work.
We treat setbacks as information—not evidence that you have failed.
We build capacity through small experiments and honest reflection.
Health and wellness coaching supports behavior change, self-discovery, and accountability. It does not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions and is not a substitute for care from a licensed clinician.
A calm place to begin
Start with one honest conversation about what is working, what feels stuck, and what a more supported version of your life could look like.
