Common questions

Health coaching, clearly explained.

What is health and wellness coaching?

Health and wellness coaching is a collaborative process that helps you clarify what matters, turn goals into realistic actions, and build habits that work in your everyday life.

What can we work on together?

Coaching can support sustainable routines around energy, sleep, movement, nourishment, stress, boundaries, and other parts of whole-person well-being.

Do you work with clients outside the Bay Area?

Yes. Rashika is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and works with clients worldwide through private online video sessions.

Is health coaching medical care?

No. Coaching supports behavior change, reflection, and accountability. It does not diagnose or treat medical or mental health conditions and is not a substitute for care from a licensed clinician.
